Product Review: Flawless RG Skin Care Kit: RG Day and Night Cream

I'm back! I now work from 6:00 am to 10:30 pm. So please be patient. I got lots of backlogs to work on. Anyway... Here's the third and final part of my review on the Flawless RG Skincare Set.

What it claims...

     Protects sensitive male skin from the bad effects of the sun.

How to use:

     Apply evenly on face after cleansing, twice a day.

 I don't have closeup photos on this day. I was too busy as I had to go out with my friend.

I applied a sheer layer of BB cream that day. I had to go out and brave Divisoria with my friend to scout and buy stuff for her son's birthday party. My face is kinda oily here because we've been out for hours.

With minimal make up. It pays to have really good skin. You may opt not to wear makeup when you have it.

Just got home from early morning church. I love that I look young and fresh here despite the fact that I am actually sleepless. =D

What I love about it...

• Let's start with the packaging. The cream is housed in a sturdy tub with a translucent brown lid. I love that it has a classy vibe, which sets it apart from drugstore brands. 
• It also has a protective plastic lid when you remove the brown lid. It assures you that it is protected from foreign objects that might contaminate it. 
• It has a list of INGREDIENTS printed on its tub! ^__^
• Its consistency is the same as whipped cream. I just love it!
• It's light and doesn't feel heavy nor greasy. ^__^
• It smells nice, just like the other products in this line. It doesn't smell anything manly, so its absolutely okay and definitely recommended for guys and gals with oily and acneic skin. ^__^
• Gives a very moisturizing feel without making you look like a grease ball. =D
• Protects skin from the sun!
• A little goes a long way! ^__^
• You get your money's worth. This 15g tub lasted me almost two months! =)

What I don't love about it...

• Let's see... Aha! My only issue with this is it tends to become blotchy and clumped up when not blended well. Its as if you had some dough smeared on your face. See tip below on how to avoid this. ^__~

Price:

     As for the price, I am not sure about the price of this one. This one was included in a set, which costs P600. I'll update this post once I get an info. =)

Whom would I recommend this to?

     I'd definitely recommend this to people (both male and female) with acneic and oily skin. It gives the right amount of moisture without the greasy feel. Peeps with oily skin usually think that they don't need to moisturize anymore, but they're wrong. The trick is finding the right product that suits your skin! ^__~

Tips:

• Since I shared this with my sister-in-law, I have to be extra hygienic. I used either the protective lid or a spatula to scoop a tiny amount of product.    
• If you'll be using this for your own and wouldn't mind dipping your fingers into the tub, be sure your hands are clean to avoid contamination.
• Apply rapidly but with a light, gentle touch to avoid the product from drying up quickly. If this product dries up on your face, the tendency is it becomes clumped up and blotchy. Also, avoid putting on too much product. This also causes the product to clump.
• Another trick to avoid the blotchy face is to apply the moisturizer on a damp face. It sort of dilutes the product, helping with easy application.
• The tub is so pretty for me to dispose. So, hoarder eco-friendly tip: Do you use falsies? You can use the tub for cleaning and soaking your dirty false eyelashes. Just be sure that the tub is already washed and disinfected before reusing it. ^__~

Obviously, there are still a few tiny bumps here and there but the overall texture of my skin has improved. It became finer and smoother, with the exception of the bumps and marks on my face. I suppose that if I didn't have hormone problems, my skin would be better than ever! ^__^

Overall, I'd say that the Flawless RG Skin Care Kit is one simple skin system that delivers! I also love that it is fuzz-free and doesn't eat up a lot of my precious time. ^__^

I'm now a Flawless convert!!! ^__^
